Mr. Shekhar Gupta is the Founder and Managing Partner of Shekhar Gupta & Associates. He is an alumnus of Delhi College of Arts and Commerce and Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.
With a distinguished legal career spanning over two decades since 1997, Mr. Gupta has extensive experience in handling civil and commercial litigation. Over the years, he has represented a diverse range of clients before various judicial forums, including the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
Mr. Gupta has developed notable expertise in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters, which further strengthens his standing as an experienced IPR practitioner. His professional affiliations include membership with the Supreme Court Bar Association and the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
