Ms. Akshita Gupta is a graduate of Symbiosis International(Deemed) University, Pune, and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of contentious matters including civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and consumer disputes.
She has represented clients before various judicial and quasi judicial forums, including the High Court of Delhi, District Courts of Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and State Dispute Redressal Forum.
