Vasu Goel

Mr. Vasu Goel is an Advocate associated with Rahul Gupta & Associates, engaged in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration proceedings, and service law matters. He regularly appears before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, District Courts, and various tribunals including the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), assisting in the representation of clients in complex and high-stakes disputes.

Mr. Goel is an alumnus of Amity Law School and completed his B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) in 2024. He was enrolled with the Delhi Bar in the same year. Prior to joining litigation practice, he gained valuable corporate exposure through his work with Aditya Birla Group and Doceree Media India Pvt. Ltd., where he was primarily involved in handling commercial disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and drafting of business agreements, including Master Service Agreements, licensing agreements, and other commercial contracts.

He has also assisted in international arbitration matters and service disputes, gaining practical insight into cross-border dispute resolution and regulatory frameworks. His combined exposure to both corporate and litigation practice enables him to approach legal issues with a well-rounded and commercially pragmatic perspective. He has also interned with reputed organizations such as J. Sagar Associates and DLF Limited, gaining early exposure to corporate and litigation practice.
