Mr. Pratap has completed his B.A. LL.B (Hons) from Aligarh Muslim University in the year 2011. He possess over nine years of experience in litigation and has engaged with seniors on various matters, contesting suits for recovery of monies, performance of contractual obligations, injunctions, possession, eviction, declaration etc. He has successfully defended his clients against false and frivolous litigations. He further holds a strong command over the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and has appeared for many high stake clients in matters of IBC, before the National Company Law Tribunal. In context of IBC, his clients have included Financial Creditor, Operational Creditor as well as Corporate debtor under the different provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, as depending on the matters. He further possess a good understanding of Real Estate Regulation and Development Act, 2016 and has appeared for his clients before Real Estate Regulatory Authorities. Mr. Pratap is equally well versed with the extra-judicial requirements, such as due-diligence and compliances pertaining to a corporate entity and has assisted several of his clients in this aspect of complex compliance work as well.
