Mergers and Acquisitions: The firm advises on corporate restructuring transactions, including mergers, amalgamations, demergers, and acquisitions, including regulatory approvals before the NCLT.
Shareholder Disputes: The firm represents shareholders and promoters in disputes relating to oppression, mismanagement, and enforcement of shareholder agreements before the NCLT.
Insolvency and Bankruptcy: The firm has experience in insolvency proceedings before the NCLT under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, representing Financial Creditors, Operational Creditors, and Corporate Debtors, including in matters involving the appointment of Resolution Professionals and challenges to the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).
