Scope of Practice
Matrimonial Disputes: The firm represents clients in divorce proceedings — including contested divorce and divorce by mutual consent — under personal laws applicable to Hindus, Muslims, Christians, and Parsis, as well as under the Special Marriage Act, 1954.
Child Custody and Guardianship: The firm advises and represents clients in disputes relating to custody, visitation, and guardianship of minor children, including international child custody matters.
Maintenance and Alimony: The firm handles applications for maintenance under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (now Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita), as well as claims under the Hindu Marriage Act and Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act.
